Daily Commitment (3-5 Tasks): Daily reading of an essay or article (10-30 minutes) focused on leadership skills. Physical exercise of at least 30 minutes (running, walking, yoga, HIIT, etc.). 15-20 min morning routine (gratitude, meditation/breathing, planning and reviewing a leadership principle). 10-15 min evening routine (reflection on the day and personal feedback). (Optional) Additional daily/weekly action aligned with the skill in focus (e.g., writing a recognition email, giving constructive feedback, delegating a task).
